I have been on bioidentical hormone creams for 25 years with great results. I recently decided to try the pellet, which was inserted in my left hip. After one week, I had a shingles outbreak in my left foot and lower left leg. I had the first shingles shot 20 years ago, but have not had the new shot. I love the results and simplicity of the pellet, but I'm hesitant to get another, so I went back on the creams. Do you think there could have been a connection to the pellet and shingles or just a coincidence?

I am 74 years old and had breast cancer. I have osteopenia, upper back pain all the time, knee and other joint pain and I have problems sleeping. My energy level is zero and I feel stressed with no motivation. Lately, I developed an upper body rash, affecting my neck, upper torso and face similar to a heat rash. My dermatologist couldn’t diagnose the problem.

I am 67 years old and recently had my yearly blood work done. My vitamin B12 level is >1500. My liver enzyme ALT is 39. I have been told that I have a fatty liver.
Can you give me advice concerning the high level of B12?

I get an occasional quick pain in the area of my uterus. I am 69 years old, is this normal or is this something to be concerned about?

In my recent blood test results my B12 was extremely high, yet I am not taking any additional B12 supplements. (In fact, when I was younger my B12 was so low I had to get injections!)
So I have no explanation as to why it is high, and in conjunction my WB levels are low (and decreasing), my iron saturation is low, my RDW is high (increased since last test) - what is going on with me?

I have chronic migraines that are much more intense and frequent from ovulation to starting my period. I am on an estradiol patch, but it doesn't seem to be enough. Can this help with migraines?

I was wondering if I could use multiple vaginal estrogen therapies on alternating days? I cannot use the new DHEA Medicine (Intrarosa®).

I am 79 years old and have had urge incontinence for years. I have an InterStim, which is not doing much good and I am considering purchasing a pelvic stimulating device. Can I use the device with the InterStim in place if I turn it off?

Other than Estradiol vaginal cream and D-Mannose capsules, what can help the urinary urgency feeling I get at age 66? I have been checked for UTI and I usually don’t have one.

I would like to get some answers on what’s going on with my health. I am a 20 year old female and here are my symptoms: fatigue, always tired and needing naps, weakness that feels like I am going to faint, bone pain in my legs, arms, hands and feet, chest pain and pressure, swollen gland on left side of neck, tingling in my neck around where it swells (parathyroid/thyroid area), forgetfulness, and low sex drive. I’m thinking it may be my thyroid or my parathyroid gland.
